兩性平權在家庭－婚姻與家庭涉入的省思

兩性基於生理差異與社會化歷程中刻板印象的形塑，影響彼此性別意識層面的角色概念，傳統兩性在政治、教育、工作及家庭的權力結構也正面臨著社會變遷的嚴厲考驗。尤其家庭代代複製著某些傳統觀念，而父母角色更擔負了兩性平權教育的重要任務；父母如何覺察自我性別意識在傳統與現代社會中的改變，其間價值觀念與角色矛盾皆會影響子女家庭生活教育與性別刻板印象的傳承。因此，本文透過「兩性平權在家庭—婚姻與家庭涉入的省思」探討：（1）兩性平權在家庭的可能；（2）女性主義思想的觀照；（3）婚姻與家庭涉入的行動策略；嘗試以婚姻與家庭涉入的行動策略，探討兩性平權在家庭的可能。

Abstract ｜
Due to the formation by the stereotyped images of physical differences and socialization process, the role concept of gender conscious section different gender has been affected. The traditional authority structure of two genders in politics, education, jobs and family has also faced a strict trial because of the society change. Especially in family, some traditional conceptions are copied generation by generation. Therefore, parents play important roles in gender education. The way the parents are aware of the gender consciousness changes in traditional and modern society, the values they express, and the conflicts in the gender roles not only affect the family education for the children, but also convey the stereotyped images of the society.
Through this paper of “Gender Equity in Family – the Consideration of Marriage and Family Involvement”, I would like to approach:
1. the possibility of gender equity in family
2. the comments on feminism
3. the action strategy of marriage and family involvement
In sum, I try to research the possibility of gender equity in family through the approach of the studies related to gender theory as well as the action strategy of marriage and family involvement.
