本文通過個案分析，追溯了一位打工妹從離鄉進城，到離城回鄉，到再次進城的生活軌跡。探討了在這一過程中，打工妹作為社會邊緣人的原因和過程，城市生活在她身上留下了深刻的烙印，她獲得了經濟獨立，接受了男女平等的思想，但是，這種獨立平等的觀念卻成為她回鄉後，生活適應和婚姻衝突的原因，城市文明和農村傳統在她的婚姻生活中發生了撞擊，其結果之一就是婚姻暴力的出現。本研究從資源變化與權力分配的角度，分析了打工妹婚姻暴力發生在回鄉後的根本原因。因此，筆者希望社會重視打工妹回鄉後的適應問題，並為解決相關問題提出了建議。

Abstract ｜
This paper focuses on the rural working girl’s (dagongmei) experiences from leaving home to go to the cities, returning home, and going back to cities again. It explores the reasons and process of working as a margianlized person in the society. The urban life has important impacts on her, she gained economic independence and the sense of equality between men and women. This resulted in her marital conflicts and adjustment to her rural life after she returned home. The urban civilization encountered with rural traditions in her marriage, one of the consequences of this encounter is the violence incidents happened constantly in her marriage. From perspective of resources and power distribution, we analyzed the fundamental causes for wife abuse in working girl’s marriage after she returned home. We try to attract the public attention the adjustment issues working girls confronted after they returned home. We also put forward suggestions to the government and social service agencies to help these women.
