本文基於女性主義閱讀與詮釋的意識形態批判，旨在呈現聖經律法如何實現對性別的建構。本文運用文化人類學的研究成果，並深受福柯譜系學觀念的啟發，以希伯來聖經律法，尤其是「十誡」的主語為考察的物件，探討男性支配與女性從屬的範式如何在男性中心主義的敍述話語中被塑造，從而顯示其中的性別與權力之關係。

Abstract ｜
The paper is based on the ideological criticism of feminist reading and interpretation, in which it aims to present how the biblical laws construct gender. Deeply influenced by the scholarship of cultural anthropology and Foucauldian genealogical critique, and based on the examination of Hebrew laws, especially the subject of the Decalogue, the paper explores how the paradigm of male domination and female subordination is shaped in the androcentric discourse, and shows the relationship between the gender and power.
