摘要 |

為了探討已婚職業婦女在多重角色要求下的生活壓力現況,並分析生活壓力對身心健康所造成的影響,本研究針對212位已婚職業婦女進行問卷調查。此外,為了進一步協助已婚職業婦女解決生活壓力所造成的不良影響,本研究以自我狀態為干涉變項,探討它對生活壓力與身心健康關係的影響力。結果發現:已婚職業婦女普遍承受相當多的生活壓力,其中,以角色負荷過重及子女的教養問題最令她們感到棘手。且生活壓力會影容身心健康,生活壓力愈大者,身心愈不健康。再者,適當自我狀態在生活壓力與身心健康之間,扮演著緩和的角色,可以減少生活壓力對身心健康所造成的不良影響。
  根據研究結果,本研究提出下列建議:首先,已婚職業婦女應設法減少生活壓力事件的產生,而其家人及社會亦應予以協助。其次,已婚職業婦女應透過自我學習或參加訓練團體,增加自我狀態的強度,以減少身心健康受到生活壓力的威脅。

THE EFFECTS OF LIFE STRESS AND EGO STATE ON HEALTH OF MARRIED WORKING WOMEN

Abstract |

To investigate the life stress of married working women, the effects of this stress on women’s physical and mental health, and the intervening effect of ego state between stress and health, the present study surveys 212 married working women by three questionnaires.
The results show that working women, in general, are experiencing much stress. Among different sources of stress, work overload and children’s discipline are the ones women feel most difficult to handle. This study also found that stress affects health, the greater the life stress, the less the general health. Furthermore, ego state plays a mitigating role between stress and health, it can reduce the harmful effect stress has on health.

Based on the results of present study, two suggestions are proposed: firstly, married working women should try to avoid the occurrence of stress events, family members and the society should also support them. Secondly, married working women should strengthen this ego state by self learning or by enrolling in training group, to reduce the threat of stress on health.
